The Wind of Change project, donated by the British National Agency and carried out under the auspices of the Fish Art Foundation, was carried out in the Caribbean Islands.

The project, of which the Caribbean Cultural Fund and our association are official stakeholders, was completed on Sint Maarten Island with the participation of England, Romania, the Republic of Turkey, Sint Mqarten and Anguella. International activist Patrick Vervon also participated and gave training in the project, where racism, discourse, local and national policies were discussed.

Our association, which is the official stakeholder of the project, also played an active role in the completion of the documentary film about racism.
